Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation and Treatment
You will be evaluated on your first visit with an in depth history as well as active and passive orthopedic testing to pinpoint the origin, location, and any contributing factors that may exacerbate  your complaints.  An initial plan will be formed, and treatment started in the first visit.  A doctor's perscription is not required, but please bring it with you if you have been referred. 55 minutes

Follow Up Visit
With your plan in place, you will be evaluated on any changes to your condition, checked on what you have learned and progressed in your home program.  Modalities and Manual Therapy will be used to continue to facilitate your progress, and any needed changes to your plan will be made.   Come in regulary to tackle an injury, or schedule as needed for a tune-up.
